Located 1.5 km from the resort center of Les Menuires, come and enjoy our beautiful, comfortable apartments at the foot of the slopes in a quiet, sunny location in the heart of the hamlet of Lavassay.

The chalet consists of three apartments. We offer one apartment for rent for 8 people and another for 12 people, the third being our main residence. They are equipped with a private outdoor spa per apartment and a sauna shared by both apartments for your relaxation.

Departing from the chalet on foot, you join the blue Bettex slope (300m away) then you access the resort of Les Menuires directly by the Bettex chairlift, as well as the 3 Vallées area.
